    Smile Infinitive construction

    Hello, teachers.
    Would you explain me meaning of phrases like "Name + to + verb"'
    for example "Egypt to fetch stolen mummy hair from France." and so on.

    That sounds like a headline from a newspaper announcing that Egypt is going to fetch the stolen hair from France. Words are often omitted in headlines.
