    Default vision of

"I had a vision of love and it was all that you've given to me."

Does "I had a vision of love" means that I imagined what love was like and does "she's a vision of love" means that she's in love?

It's figurative speech. The phrase "a vision of love" could mean a person or it could mean something else. It depends on context.

Well, here's the lyrics of a Mariah Carey song:

    Treated me kind
    Sweet destiny
    Carried me through desperation
To the one that was waiting for me
    It took so long
    Still I believed
Somehow the one that I needed
    Would find me eventually

I had a vision of love
And it was all that you've given to me

    Prayed through the nights
    Felt so alone
    Suffered from alienation
Carried the weight on my own

    Had to be strong
    So I believed
And now I know I've succeeded
In finding the place I conceived

I had a vision of love (ooooh)
And it was all that you've given to me
I had a vision of love (ooooh)
And it was all that you've given me

    I've realized the dream
    And I visualized
The love that came to be
    Feel so alive
I'm so thankful that I perceived
The answer that heaven has sent down to me

    You treated me kind (yeah)
Sweet destiny (I'm so glad that you did)
    And I'll be eternally grateful
Holding you so close to me
    Prayed through the nights
    So faithfully
Knowing the one that I needed
Would find me eventually (would find me)

I had a vision of love
And it was all that you've given to me
I had a vision of love
And it was all that you turned out to be

Inferring from it, she means that she (had) imagined what love was like. And "she's a vision of love" means she's in love.

    Am I right?

Vision is a mental image produced by the imagination. She falls in love with a figment of her own imagination, which to her is a sign that she is going to meet her love in real life.

    "I've realized the dream
    And I visualized
The love that came to be"

Her vision of love turned out not to be the real thing.

    She was disappointed.

No, it's somebody else's idealization of her. "She's a vision of love" does say something about somebody else's feelings about her.
