    parallel

pls tell me how we can make sentences parallel after and ,but or etc.
1-he was fired not only for his inexcusable absences from the office ,but (he,was, insolent,to his superior).
2-after seeing the preecher in person and(hear, him, speak),she began to have more respect for him.
3-they are neither asking for help nor(they, accept,it)if it is offered.
