I'm looking for some free software that can generate crosswords.
I've been browsing on the net for a while but I'm afraid I can't find anything worthwhile.
Could anyone recommend something?
I use puzzlemaker* a lot. Given the same data, you can get it to make new puzzles (hit the <back> button to get the new <Generate puzzle> screen) until you get one that looks right. Then, print it out, and voilà.
PS - very similar URL: DiscoverySchool's Puzzlemaker allows kids to make crossword puzzles online.
Speaking of which,
are you aware of any other kind of word games that can be used to learn no vocabulary?
Anything here? http://www.usingenglish.com/links/Wo...via/index.html
