    the heart of

    Dear teachers,

It's been a long time since we discussed the matter last time.

    My question is:

What does 'in the heart of West End' mean?

    Thanks in advance.

    Mad love,

    Olga

    Re: the heart of

If West End is a place, then the word heart refers to,
the innermost or central part of anything. For example, Notre Dame stands in the very heart of Paris.

    All the best.
