    Default to arrange smb. plan

What does ''arrange" mean in the sentence:

So, on the following evening, we again assembled, to discuss and arrange our plans.

    Thanks in advance

    arrange (v.):

"to plan or prepare for; to organize"

" So, on the following evening, we again assembled, to discuss and prepare/organize our plans."

    Does this help?
