Red face name of physical action/exercise

Somersault is a common exercise among children.

    1) I would like to know the name of another action that one will have two legs straight apart with their inner part of the thighs and calfs closely on the floor. (dancers always do this action/posture for the end of a performance)

    2) May I know the name of the action that one roll their body fully forward on the floor like a ball?

    3) May I know the name of the action that one roll their body fully forward on the floor with the hands and legs stretched straight? (like a star)

    4) Is there websites where I can learn the names of all actions with body while doing exercise or physical training?

    Thanks.

    Re: name of physical action/exercise

    #1 is "the splits"
    #2 is probably "forward roll"

    A possible website is: About.com: http://www.drillsandskills.com/skills/Floor/
