    Can we do without syllables?

    Hello
    I have to write my work and I would like to write about this if we can do without syllables and if Is treating lexical elements as atrings of segments enough???
    I write my work and need support. Have one idea about it and need an opinion of the Master.

    You may want to take a look at PA (Phonological awareness); there's a great deal about it online. Note that, a learner's awareness of syllables develops before an awareness of phonemes.
