    Default Transformation of sentence

The parcel did not arrive on time she was certain it would.

    1. The parcel did not arrive on time despite the fact that she was certain that it would.

    2. The parcel did not arrive on time despite her certainly that it would.

    3. The parcel did not arrive on time despite her being certain that it would.

Which of the sentence/s is / are fine in transforming the above sentence? Or are all okay?

    Thanks.

    1. The parcel did not arrive on time despite the fact that she was certain that it would.

    2. The parcel did not arrive on time despite her certainly that it would. (or had you meant to type "certainty"? In which case it would be )

    Yes, it should be 'certainty'.
