    or He's in his room doing?

    A: He's in his room studying / He's studying in his room.

    Unfortunately, Casi, my teacher did the vice-versa.
    He said that the one above is correct, not the bellow one

    I understand your question, Belly T. The advice I have is this. You may want to consider approaching your instructor about this. S/he is the only one who can explain the choice made. Possibly, it was an error; possibly, it wasn't. You'll have to check that out with your instructor.
