    Default letter

I have to write a semi-formal letter for some company in which they want to ask their foreign counterpart to enable them to visit their site. I want to mention that they will gladly return a favour by arranging a similiar visit. That is what I've come up with. Please, help...

We have heard many great things about our company and we wish to get better acquinted with your plant. Please let us know whether it would be possible to pay you a visit between 10 and 15 of July this year. We think that would be a great opportunity for exchanging ideas and sharing experiences. From our part we will gladly return your favour by arranging a similiar visit to our place.

Do you want your ''letter-sample'' to be grammatically checked, or you need some other kind of help?

Thanks a lot! The last phrase could state: Should you wish to visit our place, we will be happy to arrange a visit at your convinience (I think this is more polite without emphasising the "exchange" factor:)
