    You got it made in the shade

    Again, it's possible that I've misheard this on TV.
    According to subtitles it meant "you have it well" or something.
    What does it mean?

    Yes, an odd expression, based only on the rhyming quality to express emphasis. 'You got it made in the shade' = 'You got it very well/completely made'.

    Here, 'made' = 'successful or assured of success'.
