    Exclamation strange

    Hey everyone....
In my English class we had to write about relaxing and stressful holiday...
So I wrote about the stressful first and then: "...a stressless, relaxing holiday is lying by a pool without any responsibilities."
And the correction of my teacher was the following: "I prefer a stressless, relaxing holiday is lying by a pool...."
Now I am wondering if that sentence makes sense. At least it doesn't sound right to me at all.
    TIA

It should not have is before lying in the second version. Your sentence is fine.
