Default Difference between boast and brag

what is the difference between words "boast" and "brag"?
I'm creating a home page. It has a feature which lets people write about themselves for others to read. In this feature, a user provides basic information about himself such as name, age, gender, etc. along with more subjective information like his interests, special talents, etc. I'm trying to find right title for this feature. What I have in mind is "Introduction & _____". The word which will fill in the black I have in mind is "boast" or "brag". Which word would be more appropriate? Other suggestions are welcomed.
    Thank you for your help.

There's no real difference. However, if your ppage is aimed at an audience that includes non-native speakers, then 'boast' is probably better known.
