Which one is correct and why?

He and me went or She and I went?

He be late or he is late?

I had wrote it or I had written it?

Give me them apples or give me those apples?

Is be a verb or a preposition?

    She and I went.

    He is late.

    I had written it.

Give me those apples. (The other choice is a regionalism.)

The word be is a verb.

Instead of "She and I went" it's better to say "We went..."

RonBee is correct! All the sentences sound grammatically correct.

Re: Which one is correct and why?

Last weekend I went out with Bob and I went out with my wife. He and I went to a restaurant together and then she and I went to the movies.
