Red face negative emotions , JET LAG

There are some descriptions talking about negative emotions as stated below, which I don't understand what they mean.
    • feeling scattered
    • can't switch off
    • mind chatter
    • work overwhelm
    • can't unwind
    • uptight
There is an article talking about jet lag. May I know the meaning of those have been underlined in red?

    ***JET LAG

To reduce the effects of being enclosed, traveling into different time zones and not be grounded. To neutralize the effects of leaving familiar to unfamiliar surroundings. To protect from the energetic effects of fellow passengers and feeling of time displacement.***

    Thanks.

    • feeling scattered you are unable to gather your thoughts, can't organize yourself to do things.
    • can't switch off you lie in bed with your mind going round and round (squirreling), unable to stop thinking.
    • mind chatter much the same - your mind keeps on producing thoughts
    • work overwhelm You can no longer cope with the details of your job
    • can't unwind you cannot relax
    • uptight you cannot relax and anything will make you angry

    Thanks.

the effects of being enclosed,You are in an aircraft - you are enclosed by the structure of the plane which has a restricting effect and also has a
    recycled atmosphere.
not be grounded Being "grounded" in this context means that you are psychologically and emotionally connected with your surroundings.

the energetic effects of fellow passengers and feeling of time displacement.*** The suggestion is that your fellow passengers can affect you through their psychic energy, and that air-travel can leave you feeling that you are not in touch with time.
