    upset

I'd like to know the meaning of "upset" in the next article"

I'm a sea turtle, and the sea is my home.
I lived near the shore last year. But I can't live there anymore. Some people threw a lot of garbage into the sea. The water around my home became quite dirty. Most of my friends became very sick and died. That's not fair. If someone ruins your home, you will be upset, right? If you like the sea, please don't ruin my home. Please let me live.

    Re: upset

From upset - Definitions from Dictionary.com, 3. To distress or perturb mentally or emotionally: The bad news upset me.

    Does that help?
