    Default which is right?

    Which is right?

    * She just need or she just needs...
    * She always run or she always runs...

*** What's the best adverb to use with "listen" to mean to listen well?

The best choice is to use the adverb carefully.

Great! Here's another adverb describing the manner in which you can listen to somebody, 'attentively'.

    Thanks,

For I do calls everyday, what could I tell them?

    These are correct:
    They need to listen attentively.
    They need to listen closely.
    They need to listen carefully.

    How about to listen intently?

I think it's another good example to use with the verb listen.
