    She worries me.

She worries me. (simple present in active voice)

I was worried by her. (Simple present in passive voice)

    Am I right?

If right, could you tell me, what about (I was worried) - which implies here `worried' is not a verb but adjective.

She worries me - i.e. her condition worries me.

I am/was worried about her. (not by her)

If you want to use by you need to add a noun (with the pronoun becoming possessive):

I am/was worried by her silence.
