    order of adjectives

    which goes first? objective or subjective adjetives. is it ok to say "a cup of piping hot lovely tea", or "a cup of lovely piping hot tea" ?

    (the opinion 'lovely' comes first)

    One can also say, 'a lovely cup of piping hot tea'.
