    proofreading

    Hi,

could you please proofread the following text (especially the highlighted parts):

When executing a task, employees are to do a job that is meaningful even for them, in which they can make use of their strengths and thus find success and self-fulfilment. However, the fact that the meaning cannot be given or created, but that everyone has to find it himself for the most part is often overlooked.

    Thank you very much.

    Thanks a lot!

The phrase "for the most part" refers to "finding the meaning". Everyone has to find the meaning by themselves mostly.

Could "mostly" be used and where in the sentence? Thank you.

    I'd say:

However, the fact that the meaning cannot either be given or created, but has for the most part to be found by each and everyone, is often overlooked.
