    amenities, gratifying

    We(our school) have to provide the basic amenities to students, otherwise they won't be gratifying. And some may leave our school and join elsewhere.

    Please correct my sentences.

    We = have
    Our school = has

    "amenities for students, otherwise they will not be contented/happy and will go elsewhere."

    I thought, I will not and I won't -- both are same.
