    corporate power

    Hi,

    could you please tell me what "corporate" means in the following sentence:

    Each Shareholder has full (corporate) power and authority to execute, deliver and perform its obligations under this Agreement.

    "corporate" here = of or shared by all members of a group > all the shareholders have equal power and authority.
