    Default Underlining

What would I do if the car had a specific name. For example, if a car is named Lightning, would it be underlined. Sources I have looked at say specific planes, ships, and landcraft are underlined. my teacher says that cars are in no cases underlined. how does it work, exactly? 8)

I only underline the titles of written works. With ships and things like that, you could use italics, although there is no need as the capital letters show that it is a proper noun. I see no more need to underline a car's name than a person's. :D
