Could Anyone tell me the difference between "Will do something" and "Will be doing"

    Hi,Mr Answer:

    1. We'll be looking at something.
    2. We'll look at something.
    What's the difference between No.1 and No.2

I saw superman last week, in the end he told Lex Luthor:"I'll be watching you!" I want you know that Is that correct that i use "I'll watch you" instead of "I'll be watching you" Is there any difference. thanks
    1. I'll be watching you!!
    2. I'll watch you!!
    What's the difference between No.1 and No.2

The first sentence is in the future continuous tense and the second is in the future simple. Do you need examples?

present continuous implies future intentions, arrangements: I'll be watching you - I intend to watch you.
future tense implies firm decision: I will watch you - without a shadow of a doubt.

And also, if I remember right, the Present Continuous refers to a nearer, more palpable future, than the Present Simple (Indefinite), just on the account of the above-mentioned - you have made arrangements for the action you express using the Present Continous.
    Am I right?

    1. I'll be watching you!! = I will be paying close attention to what you are doing, so you had better be careful.
    2. I'll watch you!! = I will watch you do whatever it is you are going to be doing. (The warning is not there.)
