    Identification: They [are made] in...

    They [are made] in... Would "are made" be considered present perfect? I'm a bit lost on the identification. All I am certain of is that it is in the passive voice.

    If you wanted to convey a similar meaning to the one above, using the present perfect, you would say:

    They have been made in...

    I was wondering about that. What I actually need is the identification of "are made," though. Could you please help me with that?

    "are made" is in the passive; are is a form of the auxiliary verb be and made is the past participle of the verb make.
