Talking Need help explaining a, an, the!

Hi, I'm a new at teaching ESL students and I am wondering if there are any easy games for teaching articles, such as a, an, and the? Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks!

P.S. Does anyone know any good ESL teaching books? My grammar is a bit rusty, so I'm still looking for an easy-to-read grammar book. One that teaches grammar points most ESL students learn or have trouble learning. Thanks again!

Like prepositions, these little words are really a headache for us non-native speakers. The problem is they have too many exceptions and do not any rules to follow. Take an example, some would say "the" Virginstore, the others Virginstore. Searching the google, you will find a number of them.

Try here http://www.usingenglish.com/links/Te...ers/index.html for sites with games. For a good grammar, try Michael Swan's Practical English Usage. .
