    which is correct

    Hi there
    please tell me which of the following sentences is correct

    - Raise a Purchase order for the items I've given you.
    - Raise a Purchase order for the items I've given to you.

    Both are correct. The reason being, the verb's direct object is transposed, moved, leaving no syntactic reason to separate the indirect object (you) from the direct object (the items):

    that I have given the items to you.
    the items that I have given to you.
    the items that I have given you.
