    in email if you attaching something.. what is correct Aor B?

    A.Attached is a sketch drawing...

    B. Attached is the sketch drawing...

    If you only mean that there is an attached sketch drawing to the email:

    A is good: Attached is a sketch drawing...

    If you mean that there is an specific attached sketch drawing of something:

    B is good: Attached is the sketch drawing of something...

    A if you have not referred to a specific drawing in your e-mail text
    B if you have referred to a drawing in the text.

    Not quite perfect! There is a distinction between just attaching a drawing and saying that is what you have done and attaching a drawing to which you have specifically referred in the text of the e-mail.

    #1 "I went to the London Eye yesterday. I am attaching a sketch drawing of the view."


    #2 "When I was at the London Eye yesterday, I spent a little time drawing the view. I am attaching the sketch drawing so you can see if I've got it right."
