Angry becoming fluent in Eglish language

what can I do to become fluent in english language?I have tried everything possible.Read books, listened to native speakers, listened to radio etc but when it comes to the real thing (communication),I tend to use a lot of cliches' like erm because I always forget my vocabularies and I can't seem to lose my think accent.I know that to further my career I have to be fluent in speaking the language. This pose a lot of obstacles to my career ambitions.I find these distressing and embarrassing .

any help will be much appreciated, thanks

Repetition of your vocabularies might help

So if you look at your vocabularies from time to time, you will remember them better

    Good luck

Don´t be shy while conversing to the natives. They can help you in your mistakes.

Don't just learn vocabularies, use them! You just need to get accustomed and comfortable in using them...
