    Hi,

    could you please explain the meaning of the end of the following sentence?
    I think there is a mistake....

    It is believed that the periods given in this provision were conformed to if the registered letter with the customerīs declaration was handed over postage.

    I assume it means that if the registered letter was handed over to the person it should have gone to, then the provisions....
