    Default Sentence stress, will/going to

    1) Where is the strong stress in the following sentences?

    It is going to be very hot tomorrow.
    It will be very hot tomorrow.

    2) Is 'going to' a main verb?
    Is 'will' an auxiliary verb?

    3) Where is the word stress on the following sentences?:

    It is going to be very hot tomorrow.
    It will be very hot tomorrow.

    4) what reading, listening, speaking and writing lessons
    can I do for will vs. going to for future predicitons?

    Please answer asap.

    The stress could move according to what the person is trying to say:
    It will be very hot tomorrow.- This could be used to contradict someone who has said that it wouldn't be hot.
    It will be very hot tomorrow.- adds emphasis to the degree of heat
    It will be very hot tomorrow.- adds emphasis to the time- it's cold today, but tomorrow...
    It will be very hot tomorrow.- adds emphasis to the type of weather coming- maybe it's cloudy or rainy today
