Default How to change sentence in phase?

I would be grateful if someone could help me resolve the following issues.

Clogged drain pipe has been cleaned and resumed in normal. (Right/Wrong)
Clogged drain pipe had been cleaned and resumed in normal. (Right/Wrong)

How to change the above sentence in “phase” pattern? Thanks

Neither is correct as a sentence - "The" is required and something must be the subject of "resumed":

The clogged drain pipe has been cleaned and the flow resumed as normal
The clogged drain pipe had been cleaned and the flow resumed as normal

Do you mean "phrase"? What type of phrase do you want to create?

I'm still not sure I understand what you're looking for. Something like "Clogged pipe clean, normal flow resumed"?

It would help if I understood what purpose you wanted this phrase for.
