    identifying or non-identifying?

    Hi,

could you please tell me whether the relative clause is identifying or not?

This obligation is fulfilled once the authorized person signs the delivery note which must be delivered to the supplier.

If we consider that there is only one delivery note for the shipment, I would say that it is non-identying. But who knows ....

    Thank you very much!

    I would have phrased this:

This obligation is fulfilled once the authorized person signs the delivery note, which must be returned to the supplier.
