    The following list is presenting in "phrase" pattern. I would be grateful if someone could help me to modify & correct it.
    1. Common fault signal of Heater no.2 to be failed connection with FMCC
    2. Thermal insulation for water tank to be provided
    3. Installation of thermal insulation for feed pipe from water tank to be found incomplete.
    4. A portion size of feed pipe to be found discrepancy in as fitted drawing
    5. Test for water valve to be found outstanding
    6. Paint for electrical conduits at R/F to be found incomplete.
    7. Rectification for loosen hanger support of air duct and cracked waterproofing at R/F to be found outstanding
    8. water pump No.1 and No.2 to be found abnormal noise
    9. Water pressure gauge of water pump No. 2 to be found damage
    10. Flexible conduit connection for water pump to be incomplete
    11. Permanent label and as fitted drawing installation for booster pump to be found outstanding
    12. Flow direction arrow and color band on chilled water pipes to be found outstanding
    13. Clogged coil of split type indoor unit to be cleaned
    14. Permanent installation of remote controller for split type unit to be found incomplete
    15. Roof floor and all plant rooms to be thoroughly cleaned
    16. Outdoor panel for outdoor humidity sensor to be reinstalled and sealed up the holes
    17. Equi-potential earth bonding for metallic components to be provided
    18. Partition wall to be provided in between MCC of electrical side and water side.

    1. Heater number two has an inadequate connection with FMCC.

    10. The flexible conduit connection for the water pump is incomplete.

    I am not sure what you mean by to be found outstanding.
