    Default Sentence structure

    Dear teachers,

Why can't I use "not again such news is heard" instead of "such news will never be heard again"?

    Thanks a lot.

One reason is that "such news will never be heard again" talks about the future, and your proposed alternative doesn't. Another reason is that I don't know what "not again such news is heard" means. It's not good English.
You can say 'Not again will such news be heard.', but 'Never again will such news be heard.' would be more likely to be said.
