    About or Over?

Please tell me which one of the following two sentences is better? Thanks much.

    1) He feels comfortable enough about the fact that the program is guaranteed by the state government.

    2) He feels comfortable enough over the fact that the program is guaranteed by the state government.

    Re: About or Over?

    The first sentence seems better.
    Comfortable about is often used.
