    Here are the basics:

    Use who for the subject.
    Use whom for objects.
    Use whose for possession.

    Examples
    Who is coming to dinner?
    Max is coming to dinner.

    To whom did you send the dinner invitation?
    I send the dinner invitation to Max.

    Whose chair is this?
    It's Max's chair.
