    In the U.S., we call them "bangs."

    You always need those cut before the rest of your hair, but for some reason, my hair dresser gets mad at me when I do it myself with the scissors in my manicure kit :)

    Are "fringe" and "bangs" the same thing? The difference is the people who use it, right?
