    How to address a stranger

Which one of the following is the most proper way to address somebody you don't know?

"Hi, I'm Ablertino. You are...?" or,
"Hi, I'm Albertino. How can I address you?" or,
"Hi, I'm Albertino. What is your name?" or,
"Hi, I'm Albertino. How can I address you?"

Are there any alternatives apart from those quoted above?

"Hi, I'm Albertino. What is your name?" is probably most common.

In a more formal situation, you can also say "I don't believe we've been introduced. My name is Albertino," while extending your hand. The other person usually automatically supplies his name while shaking your hand.

At least that's what you hope.
