    Comprehension

    Dear teachers,
    Could you please explain the meaning of the first sentence?

    Some houses are designed to be smart. Others have smart disigns.

    I think it's a reference to 'smart buildings', where technology controls the building in a user-friendly manner, as opposed to buildings that might look good, but aren't so controllable.
