Is it correct to rephrase the sentences "A" in the form of the sentences "B" and if "yes" what's difference between them?
A-One can sense heated political atmosphere in the country.
B-One can sense heating (OR heat) of political atmosphere in the country.
A-He sought continued political dialogue with the E.U.
B-He sought continuation of political dialogue with the E.U.
A-Health authorities pleaded renewed international cooperation to eliminate the infection.
B-Health authorities pleaded renewal of international cooperation to eliminate the infection.
Thankyou very much;

1 No; heated means that the change has occurred, while heating means that it is ongoing.
2 Put an indefinite article before 'continuation'.
3 In both cases, I'd put for after the verb and an indefinite article in the second..
