    Starting a letter

Hello, a common practice is to start a letter with

    Dear Sir, ...

If I want to use some other title instead of "sir" should I still always use capitals?

Like "a member of Parliament" is written in lower case. Should I use

    Dear member of Parliament... or
    Dear Member of Parliament...

    Thank you!

    Re: Starting a letter

    Welcome, kujala.

If it's a member of Parliament, then you'll want to use the person's name:

    Dear [Name of PM]
