    Post Doubt

    Hi,

    Can we use the sentence

    Did you bath?

    Or

Did you take bath? is this the correct one?

    Many thanks,
    Preetha

    Re: Doubt

Yes, we say ¨did you take a bath?¨
Well, I don´t know but I find this question as somewhat insulting. If a person will ask me that, I will think that he either finds me looking dirty or I stink.

    Re: Doubt

    As far as I know,

Did you take a bath today ? More common

Did you have a bath today? Common

Did you bath(yourself) today but less common

Hope teachers would take a look at it.

You're North-American, so you normally say bathe. In British English, it's bath.
