    ache/pain

I've had a stomach ache all morning.
I've had a stomach pain all morning.
I've had a stomach hurt all morning.

    Do these sentences are correct?

Also, do you find any differences between them?

The first is right. The difference is that the second and third are wrong! . Try this: http://www.usingenglish.com/members/quizzes/460.html

    Thank you Bbk.

Could you tell me why 2nd and 3rd are incorrect?

Because both "hurt" and "pain" have the meaning of "ache" when I looked up them in a dictionary.

    Please help me.

The quick answer is - as so often - because the collocations don't work. The words do have overlapping meanings, but they don't fit in the same contexts. The pain you have in your stomach is often a 'stomach ache', but when there's a specific cause of the pain it can be, for example, 'a stomach cramp'.

PS Correction: "when I looked them up"
