    1.What doesn't “CNN” or “ABC” report that the "others" do?

    or

    2. What doesn't “CNN” or “ABC” report while the "others" do?

    which one is corrcet?

    I would use "that" there. "While" creates the confusion of possible simultaneousness.

    and two more questions

    1. What does " twist things around" mean?
    It means "distortion", doesn't it?

    2. If I want to say " he twists my topic", is it make any sense or should I say "he distorts my topic"? Are the word "twist" and "distort" interchangeable?

    Yes, "twist around" can mean "distort". They are similar but not always interchangeable. I would not say "twists my topic", "twists around my topic", or "distorts my topic".

    I would say he "twists my words" or "twists my words around". I would say he distorts my meaning. But I would not interchange those. I would use them interchangeably for "argument". Does that make sense?
