    Hi,
    I´d like to ask you to correct this hotel info. It´s really important for me. I´ d be glad for any help and suggestions.

    ADAPTERS We offer adaptors suitable for usage within European countries – 220/240 volts – (50 Hz). Should you have any questions please contact the reception.


    AIR CONDITIONING
    AND HEATING All the rooms have central heating. There is a control panel for the air conditioner that can be adjusted to individual needs located next to the door in your room. There is an instruction manual on how to operate the air conditioner attached at the end of the hotel information package.

    BREAKFAST There is a buffet breakfast everyday from 6am to 10am in the hall of General Washington, or in the hotel restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.


    CARS There is the option of parking a vehicle in the garage. The capacity of the hotel car park is 20 car spaces. The whole car park is always monitored by security. The hotel car park closes at 10pm after which only the hotel guests may access to the car park.
    Hotel Lafayette also offers car washing, servicing and towing services. During the winter season we offer removal snow and ice from vehicles. You may also ask the reception for a window scraper, lock defroster, windows defroster, jump-start cables and windscreen wiper spray liquid.

    CHECK IN The check in time of the hotel is from 2pm, unless otherwise organized.

    CHECK OUT The check out time of the hotel is at 12pm. Should you need to check out at a later time please notify the reception, if possible we will gladly lengthen your stay.


    CHILDREN IN ROOMS The comfort of your children is one of our main goals. If needed, we can provide a children’s bed, stepping stool for the bathroom sink, a suitable chair for the dining table and a smaller toilet seat. If you inform us of any of these needs prior to booking, they will be prepared before your arrival. Should you have any other needs or wishes please don’t hesitate to contact the reception.
    CONFERENCE HALLS Business meetings, weddings, selection procedures, training presentations, family celebrations, business conferences, lunches, dinners can all be accommodated for in our conference halls.

    General Lafayette – capacity of up to 10 people
    General Washington – capacity of 25 people

    We can also provide all necessary technical equipment that may be required for training presentation purposes: television, video, screen, flipchart, data projector and reverse projector.


    CONFERENCES
    AND BANQUETS In the case that you may need to organise a business meeting or a cocktail party in the hotel, please contact the reception which will pass on your request to the hotel manager.


    CREDIT CARDS The hotel accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Elektron, Maestro, Eurocard / MasterCard, CCS Diners Club.

    ELECTRICAL VOLTAGE The electrical voltage in the hotel is 220 volts.

Follow the instructions of the hotel staff and exit the hotel by the nearest exit.     FITNESS There is a quality fitness centre situated approximately 5 minutes from the hotel. Brochures and contact information can be found at the reception.

    HAIR DRESSER There is a high quality hair dresser salon situated only 100 m from the hotel. Other than hair dressing services the salon also offers nail modeling, manicures, pedicures and solarium. For further information please contact the reception.

    HOUSEKEEPING Should you need addition bed sheets, pillows, blankets, towels or any other needs, please contact the reception.

    INTERNET There is a wireless internet connection that can be utilized from anywhere in the hotel, regardless of where you may be situated. The internet connection is free of charge.

    IRONING Should you need any of your clothes ironed, please contact the reception.

    LAUNDRY Please, place your laundry in to the bag found in the wardrobe and give the bag to reception before 10am. Clean and ironed laundry will be returned the following day between 10am and 12pm. The pricing for laundry cleaning is listed in the hotel information.

    LOST AND FOUND All lost and forgotten belongings will be found in the care of the head of housekeeping. For any questions contact the reception.

    MAIL Any of your mail that is delivered to the hotel, will be delivered directly to your room. Should you need to send any mail from the hotel, please leave it at the reception, which will gladly handle your request. For further information please contact the reception.

    MINIBAR The mineral Water in every room is free of charge.

    NON-SMOKING ROOMS The hotel offers 12 non-smoking rooms.

    PETS IN ROOMS For your beloved pets we have at our disposition pet beds, suitable for both large and small breeds. We can also offer bowls for pet food and water. Should the need arise there is a veterinary clinic 50m from the hotel. The cost of having a pet in the room is 250 CZK.

    PHARMACY The hotel reception can provide you with basic medical needs and assist you in locating the nearest pharmacy.

    PUBLIC TRANSPORT There are many different types of tickets for use on public transport:

    A ticket for 8 CZK is valid for 40 minutes during workdays and 60 minutes on weekends and public holidays. During this time you can use your ticket on any mode of public transport. You can purchase tickets at the hotel reception. You are required to stamp your ticket immediately upon boarding a bus or tram. Should an inspector check your ticket, failure to stamp your ticket is penalized with a fine, which must be paid on the spot. For further information regarding time tables and maps of the city, please contact the reception.

    RESTAURANT The restaurant can be found on the ground level of the hotel. It offers a wide variety of French and International cuisines and also a wide array of Moravian and International wines of the best quality. The restaurant is non-smoking!

    Monday – Friday: 11am to 10pm

    RUNNING For the more athletic guests the location of our hotel is ideal. In really close vicinity there is a beautiful park ‘Smetanovy sady’ that is about 3km long and a great place for a run. For more information, please ask the reception.

    TAXI Should you need to order a taxi, please contact the reception of the hotel. A taxi service will be called which co-operates with the hotel and guarantees top quality service.

    THEFT Like in all major cities, one must always be on the alert in Olomouc. Make sure too keep your belongings in sight at all times. Wallets and other valuables should be carefully hidden preferably under a coat or other atire. It is recommended not to show or carry large amounts of money. We can offer to hold your valuables in the hotel safe at the reception. Take extra notice of suspicious individuals and be on higher alert in crowded areas.

    TIME Olomouc lies in the Central European time zone.

    VISITORS The hotel would like to inform you that all visitors that guests bring to the hotel must be registered at the hotel reception. This security measure serves to keep all our guests safe and secure. If the guest’s visitor stays over night, the guest will be charged an additional payment, which includes breakfast and other services. The additional payment is 100 CZK.
