    chepaer morning movie ticket

What do you call the movie that is shown early in the morning?

    can I say as following?

If I go to the movies early in the morning, I can watch a movie for cheaper price than other times.

If you go to a movie early in the morning, the price is cheaper than at other times of the day.

Where I live, they don't show movies early in the morning, but if you go any time before about 3 p.m., you get "matinee" prices.

I can watch a movie cheaper than other times.
I can watch a move for a lower price than other times.
I can watch a movie at a lower cost than other times.
or When movies are cheaper than at other times.

I seem to recall a heated discussion about "cheaper price" on here, but I prefer to not have both in the same sentence.

If splitting infinitives is OK--and I agree with you there, then why should this phrase cheaper price be awkward?
