    Talking tokens and type

Mi question is, where and when a word become token or type and what is the difference?

Can you tell me where I can find information about words (families. classes, formation, multi units) Lexical fields and style and collocation?

Thankyou in advance for your support.

Have you tried working through the Grammar Glossary? http://www.usingenglish.com/glossary.html

With reference to token and type see : type-token ratio - Encyclopedia.com

lexical fields = Lexical field theory - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

word families = Word Families Sound Alike and Look Alike

collocations = Collocations for ESL teachers: eslflow webguide

That should keep you busy for a while!
