    Kindly help with the following.

    Welcome to the forums.

    First - is this an assignment? In which case, you need to indicate what your answers will be.

    Second - when punctuating, you only need a single mark at the end of a sentence,clause, phrase. Question marks and exclamation marks do not take any further punctuation.
